Registration Fee

Skipper Entry Fee is $60. Includes Friday night Welcome Party with heavy hors d’oeuvres, complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks; Saturday and Sunday continental breakfasts; Saturday and Sunday lunches; Saturday dinner preceded by appetizers (BYOB).
Guest Meal Package is $35 for all meals and events.
Extra Saturday night dinner is $15.

Friday, April 10

3pm - 5pm: Tune up sail (AYC Beach)
5pm - 6pm: On-site check-in (AYC Clubhouse)
6pm - 8pm: Welcome Party; Heavy hors d’ oeuvres, complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks (AYC Clubhouse)

Saturday, April 11

8am - 9am: Continental Breakfast and Registration (AYC Clubhouse)
9:15am: Skippers’ Meeting (AYC Barbeque Pavilion)
9:30am: Warning sound for First Race
12:30pm - 1:15pm: Lunch (AYC Clubhouse)
1:15pm: Racing resumes; no race to begin after 4:30pm
6pm - 7pm: Appetizers (BYOB)  (AYC Clubhouse)
7pm: Dinner. (BYOB) (AYC Clubhouse)
8pm: Yacht Tuning Discussion with Refreshments

Sunday, April 12

8am – 9am: Continental Breakfast (AYC Clubhouse)
9:15am: Skippers’ Meeting (AYC Barbeque Pavilion)
9:30am: Warning sound for First Race; no race to begin after 12pm
12:30pm (approx.): Awards Presentation, lunch to follow (AYC Clubhouse)

Where to Stay

Several hotels are nearby, all in proximity to each other.  Hotel Listings

AYC has several tent campsites with water, electricity, and a pavilion nearby. Hot showers are available in the clubhouse. There are 2 RV spots available with 30-amp service. All campsites and RV sites are first come-first served.

The Atlanta Yacht Club prohibits firearms and motorcycles on club premises. Guests may not bring pets. It is the responsibility of AYC members and guests to take appropriate measure to safeguard their personal property while on club premises.
