8:00 pm    Music and Dancing!

Formal Attire/Black Tie Optional

Entree Options: 

     - Cabernet Sauvignon Braised Beef Short Ribs (red wine braising reduction, crispy onion, parsley)

     - Atlantic Salmon (creamy dill sauce)

     - Vegetarian: Cavatappi (roasted grape tomatoes, artichoke asparagus, spring peas, lemon oregano cream sauce)

     - Kids: Crispy Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Fruit Cup

     - Two kinds of salads, 4 sides and desserts will be served along with the main dish

Adults: $55.00/person and Kids: $15.00/child (12 and under). No charge for Emeritus Members.
